What days is the grooming salon open?

The grooming salon is open two days a week either Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays until further notice.

What time are appointments? How does drop-off work?

Morning appointments are set at 8:30am with a drop-off window up until 9am. Afternoon appointment drop-off can be in the morning or 1pm. The groomer will let you know if your time slot is earlier (11am or 12pm).

If I have 2-3 dogs being dropped off, your dog may be first or after lunch. The hospital calendar has different increments. This is meant for documentation purposes and to check records. Luna Magnolia will send reminder texts.

Let me know if you are running late.

The Summit Vet opens earlier than when the groomer is available.

How does pick up work, how do I know what time to arrive?

The Groomer has a business text line where she will communicate you about when your pup is done with his/her groom session and/or phone call from the front desk.

Do you take my pup out for a potty break?

We take your pup out before his/her groom as well as after. (if it’s not raining) We also keep a bowl of water in the kennel if the wait time is longer than 3 hours.

Can I book a groom while my pup is boarded?

I would prefer your first introductory visit with your pup, “a meet & greet”, as well as a pickup experience for you pup but after that, sure.
